WFO International Regents are globally-known personalities recruited by World Fashion Organization Headquarters to work on campaigns around the world. In addition, hundreds of celebrities with a high profile at the national or regional level are affiliated with World Fashion Organization WFO Regional Offices and WFO National and Regional Chapters namely World Fashion Associations.
Regents are chosen because they:

Are articulate and genuinely interested in the issues, and willing to learn more through briefings and field visits, sometimes those involving difficult circumstances.
In addition to ascertaining how well candidates meet the Regent criteria above, several qualities are considered:
Ability to reach specific audiences, including young people. Factors such as age, current following and previous work are considered.
Special talents and experience and a willingness to contribute to activities such as public awareness on fashion for the peace, promoting causes or influencing public officials. For example, sports and mass-media celebrities may be particularly suited to disseminate messages to young people, whereas academics may be adept at influencing supporters and policy makers. Political people may prove to be an asset with public awareness on fashion for the peace.
Reputation and integrity. World Fashion Organization looks for individuals who share the same goals and ideals.
